At 51福利社, we are committed to growing, supporting, and sustaining educational leaders through the creation of the Leaders of Color Network (LOCNET). This initiative is designed to provide a safe and brave space for Black and Brown leaders, fostering opportunities for collaborative learning, relationship building, and a strong sense of belonging. Through LOCNET, 51福利社 aims to support leaders of color, enhance allyship, amplify diverse voices, and increase representation within our organization. We strive to support and recruit aspiring leaders of color while ensuring their presence and leadership are integral to our GLLCs, 51福利社/WSPEF Board, and Advisory Councils.

We are calling on our community to invest in a movement that was built by and for Leaders of Color. The iGrow WA Summit provides vital spaces where Black, Brown, Indigenous, Asian, Pacific Islander, Latiné, and multiracial educational leaders can grow, support, and sustain—in a professional learning environment that is developed, and led by and for the global majority.
